BAYNAT happened on July 16, 2012. It was just
created by Pasil Elementary School internal stakeholders led by Samoore S.
Ladjahali, Elementary School Principal I. It came to light as an official name
of school publication of Pasil Elementary School thru careful selection out of
submission of the different teachers in said school. Articles were not started
because the principal was promoted as District In-Charge of Indanan South
District. Faisal A. Kadil, Head Teacher III of Dayuan Primary School and Manilop Primary School was moved to Pasil Elementary School and he was replaced by Alyasir A. Hussam, the newly-installed TIC (Teacher In-Charge). Turn-over was synchronized at Notre Dame Review Center, Kasulutan Village, Patikul, Sulu where all teachers and non-teaching personnel personally witness the greatest affair.
